Home and Displacement are the themes of this year’s Somali Week Festival. What do they mean in particular for Somali people who reach across the world as the Diaspora continues to expand? A theme that is also at the centre of Hanna's work. Hanna: "Home and (un)belonging are important themes in all of my creative work and also spills into my academic research because at the core of everything that I do, I’m always fascinated by what home means to those who have been forced to flee and grow up elsewhere."
